What are the minimum qualifications?
A B2B business model, at least two years in business, US-based operations and creditworthy commercial customers. Most clients have $25 million to $150 million in annual revenue, and facilities typically start at $2.5 million.
Will my customers know I am using InterNex?
No. Lines are non-notified. Customers pay into an account established in your company's name, so nothing changes for them.
Does my business need to be profitable?
No. InterNex underwrites the quality of your receivables, your customers and your management team. Profitability can improve pricing, but it is not a requirement.
Is there a minimum credit score?
No. InterNex does not underwrite on owners' personal credit scores.
What do I need to apply?
The last three months of bank statements, a current accounts receivable aging report, a debt schedule, and year-to-date plus last fiscal year financial statements.
How quickly can I get funded?
We aim to return a proposal within 48 hours of receiving a complete file. Most facilities close 12 to 15 business days after the term sheet is signed, and draws are then funded the same day.
